We care about being a good business, good employer and good global citizen
We know that making lasting change has to start with us – by our individual actions, by being a great place to work, and by living and working by our values.
Her calm, methodical head helps businesses make sense of complex sustainability data and to adopt a pragmatic approach to measuring performance.
Shelley started her career in KPMG with over a decade of in-house Corporate Responsibility experience before becoming a consultant in KPMG’s Sustainability Services team. As such, she has genuine understanding of the pressures clients may face when establishing and maintaining sustainability programmes. She draws on her practitioner experience and from working across industries to help clients obtain internal buy-in and build the business case to deliver effective ESG strategies.
Faye works in partnership with our clients to guide them through complex processes; from science-based target setting, preparing for TCFD reporting, to gathering and calculating scope 3 data. She breaks down these large-scale processes into manageable workstreams and helps people within the organisation to understand the role they play in contributing to the positive outcome.
Her previous roles include Chief Sustainability Officer at an AI technology consultancy, in-house roles such as Global Sustainability Manager in a FTSE100 organisation, and as Associate Director, responsible for developing a sustainability framework at CDP.
Olivia has an ability to engage with people at all levels of an organisation, really listening to their challenges, bringing them on board and using these insights to implement integrated sustainability strategies.
After her Master’s degree in Sustainability Leadership, Olivia worked in the sustainability team for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, before setting up a Defra funded behaviour change programme across 20 English universities. Since then she has worked for businesses including Coca-Cola, YO Sushi, and Pandox Hotels to develop and embed their responsible sourcing and ESG strategies.
Justine is poised to cast expert and analytical assessment over clients’ governance, stakeholder engagement and reporting projects. She relishes the chance to bury herself in complex datasets and research assignments. With a keen eye for spotting trends and coaxing the story from her analysis, she helps our clients report their success stories.
Completely unintimidated by large files of unwieldy data, Justine’s measured and meticulous approach focuses on businesses’ environmental challenges such as accurate carbon reporting and embedding sound governance practices. Her attention to detail (and surprising enthusiasm for neatly organising data chaos) doesn’t go unnoticed by our clients. This dedication stems from a career of problem-solving, devising world-class sustainability practices, and igniting positive change.
After her Masters in International Environmental Law, Justine spent over ten years in-house at Old Mutual. As Responsible Business Manager, she managed multiple stakeholders across business units in different countries to ensure accurate and timely carbon reporting.
When it comes to project management, Lois is second to none; applying a robust and efficient approach. She’s all of the things our clients crave to make things go smoothly. Her understanding of sustainability risk enables her to design plans, frameworks, and focussed reporting where and when it matters.
Lois is diligent and scrupulous at every stage of designing and delivering sustainability programmes. Our clients draw on her expertise and specialism in managing ethical trade, modern slavery risks and greenhouse gas reporting.
After completing her degree, Lois went on to help craft the sustainability strategies of major organisations including the BBC, Selfridges and Royal Mail Group. Her in-house experience is well balanced with her background working in KPMG’s Sustainability Services where she first started to work with Shelley. She has seen and solved sustainability challenges from all perspectives.
Systematic, thorough and level-headed, Julie provides the team with support to enable them to focus on client engagements.

Melissa is also a qualified Nutritional Therapist and supports our client work with knowledge on ways to maximise nutrition and minimise waste.
Through widespread adventures in Nigeria, Columbia and much in between, she’s had on the ground experience of many of the issues she’s committed to improving. Her degree in Geography from the University of Southampton involved a deep dive into sustainable housing for her dissertation, igniting an unwavering interest in sustainability and climate change.
Our clients appreciate the way Anna can flex tones between straight-talking to more technically positioned copy to suit different audiences. One thing always remains the same: text that’s clear, concise and compelling.
After completing a degree in Public Relations, Anna crisscrossed the world as cabin crew before forging a career in travel PR at Virgin Holidays and multinational hotel chains. Pursuing a love of writing and fascination with words, Anna became a copywriter in 2014, writing everything from websites to corporate reports, blogs to brochures.

Annabel’s desire to see a transformative change to a sustainable world was sparked during her travels to Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, and the visible impacts of climate change on the coral ecosystem. Her dissertation explored the role of transnational governance in reducing energy-based emissions, with a focus on how businesses can contribute to achieving a net-zero society.
Since then, Annabel has worked in a renewable energy company and project managed large-scale energy installations. Now with Morelli, Annabel is combining her work with studying for a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development.
